Throughout the process we have been affected by the different noises and vibrations coming from the construction site. We are directly in front of it. Even now, that vibrations are almost undetectable the noise and frequency from the drilling is unbearable, especially for me that I work from home, am autistic and have auditory processing challenges and sensitivity.

It affected our capacity to work. Specially mine since I work from home. Before this process I was able to work full time, at the moment I can't work for more than 2hs per day. This means that my income has been reduced 80%. I can't have clients in my house anymore or have meetings here because now I am conditioned to the noise specially the low frequency which can start in random hours and unexpectedly.

It has affected my two sons, and specially the baby, who reacts very notoriously alongside with these low frequency and my palpitations making high pitch noises to counteract it.

I have recordings that show how this low frequency sometimes excedes the allowed volume (maybe related to wind changes or vegetation), and how it translates even with windows closed.

Since this process started we had to consult psychiatrist and doctors related to these issues (it is stated in my journal). Sound contamination and the low frequency coming from the drilling triggers pre syncopes and palpitations in me.

It deteriorated my rabbit's health and we had to put her down. It made my son to have to sleep with white noise.

The solutions for the noise and the vibrations have not diminished the impact it has on our health. Solutions offered might have found the gaps in the law, to not break it now, but it certainly keeps having a toll on our mental and physical health.

We have reports from our different doctors related to the agravating consequences it had on us.

We were told this was going to end, but if this is going to continue we will need to be relocated permanently and we don't have the financial means to do it, as I am working 80% less, and my husband lost his job because of all these accumulative stress and taking care of a newborn in these conditions and my physical health and syncopes deteriorating.

My condition makes it impossible to bare this project in the current conditions. We will.need to find a solution for this.
