In regards to maintaining international workforce Aarhus kommune should also look into improving the current process of pre-school language evaluation for children with Danish as a second language.
Having been in this process with both of our children I can tell from my own experience and from experience of international friends, that this process could be improved to create a more positive atmosphere and lead to more reliable evaluations, hence causing less disruption for international families.
